Although during a trial only the handler and dog are judged on their performance, Schutzhund is a team sport. It takes many people, including coaches, helpers and fellow club members, to get handler and dog teams ready for trial.

In addition to local Schutzhund clubs, there are individual, regional and national resources that can be very helpful in the pursuit of your training goals and to learn about Schutzhund.
